Katie Price has revealed to followers that she does not believe Holly Willoughby is interested in her.
The 45-year-old TV personality made the remark last week while conversing with her followers on TikTok during a live stream.
Katie, a doting mother, said that Holly, 42, dislikes her because of her ex-husband Peter Andre.
Katie was responding to a fan query that asked: ‘Why does Holly Willoughby not like you?’
According to MailOnline, Katie replied: ‘Holly Willoughby? I think she’s good friends with Pete.’
She went on: ‘That’s why she doesn’t like me, must be. A lot of people are, as they say, “Team Pete”.’
The former glamour model then quipped: ‘But who cares? I haven’t been married to the man for years.’
It comes after Katie disclosed the exorbitant amount of money she has pay in insurance in order to drive lawfully.
Due to her history of many driving prohibitions and infractions, the mother of five is required to pay the fines.
She flipped her BMW on the B2135 at Partridge Green in West Sussex in 2021 while driving under the influence of alcohol and narcotics.
She received a suspended sentence, was barred from driving for two years, and was forced to pay £85 in costs.
Katie was sentenced to 16 weeks in prison, suspended for a year, with 100 hours of unpaid labour and 20 rehabilitation activity requirement sessions to be performed within the following year, with the reality star later confessing she had reached “rock bottom.”
She is now back on the road, but it has come at a high financial cost of £14,000, and it might have been far worse.
Katie confessed on TikTok that it was especially difficult for her to acquire the insurance she desired considering her history behind the wheel.
‘No insurance company will insure me on a new car or anything flash, nothing.
‘So I am just lucky to be on the road in the car I am in, it’s not the car I want to be driving but no one will insure me. I have to wait a year to be able to get a new car again – but I’m grateful to drive,’ she told her followers.
Sharing the quotes she’d been given as she shopped around, Katie explained, according to the Sun: ‘The quotes I had for my insurance on a normal car that is [worth] £15k was £73k, one was £53k and one was £33k, and they were my quotes because no one else would insure me because of who I am.’
She then accused the companies of ‘discrimination’ against her because she doesn’t have a ‘normal job’ and pointed out that the fee is ‘way more than the car’.
Katie, on the other hand, was able to reduce her vehicle insurance quotations to the lower end of the five-figure range by changing her work.
‘I changed it to author and the insurance is £14k for a year but it’s still not the car I want,’ she explained.
