You haven’t, have you? Then it must be Katherine Ryan.
Yes, the Canadian comic had an unusual start to her day when she drove to an appointment only to be caught up in the pandemonium of Joe Biden’s arrival in the UK.
President Biden is now in the United Kingdom, where he met with King Charles at Windsor Castle for 20 minutes of tea and conversation in the monarch’s private sitting chamber.
Naturally, his approach was everything from covert, as he was brought to the castle by a large entourage.
Katherine in her cab, along with partner Bobby Kootstra and their youngest kid, had a front-row seat to it all.
Katherine posted a video on Instagram of President Biden flying by in his luxurious black SUV, accompanied with multiple police and security cars.
‘Joeee! In which one is he? ‘He’s got so many!’ said an awestruck Bobby in the background, apparently having a fangirl moment.
Katherine then posted a photo of her darling newborn, saying that she was ‘impersonating the American President’ while sleeping.
The Duchess actress has a two-year-old boy, Fred, and a baby girl, Fenna Grace, who was born in December of last year, with Bobby. She is also the mother of Violet from a prior relationship.
Katherine detailed her exciting morning in a subsequent Instagram Story.
‘I went all the way into the city at rush hour with a baby’, she began.
‘For an appointment that “wasn’t entered into the system properly”. I’ve had to rebook and come home’.
She added in jest: ‘I’m Canadian with British sensibility so I said “THANK YOU” and left happily.’
At the very least, Katherine, you got a sight of Joe Biden!
Her fortuitous meeting occurs after Katherine was brutally shamed by her eldest on the occasion of her 40th birthday.
Katherine and Bobby, who married four years ago after being high school sweethearts, celebrated her special day with a night away from their children at Claridge’s Hotel in London.
Violet, on the other hand, had her own personal method of commemorating her mother’s milestone birthday before they set out to the five-star luxury hotel.
Katherine shared on Instagram: ‘”You’re starting to die.” Thank you to my daughter, Violet for clarifying why I’m always tired and to my husband @bobby_k__ and @claridgeshotel for the most restful 40th birthday imaginable.’
Shrugging aside the comments, Katherine published a flood of photos of herself and Bobby relaxing in the hotel, drinking on the patio, and playing in the garden with their friends and family.
