Jonnie Irwin, who is making the most of his remaining time with his children, has delivered a heartbreaking message about life.
After a malignancy from his lung spread to his brain, the 49-year-old A Place in the Sun presenter declared last November that he was terminally ill with cancer.
The real estate specialist, who is married to Jess and has three young boys, subsequently said that physicians did not anticipate him to survive past 2023.
Jonnie has been living life to the fullest since disclosing his dire health news, especially when it comes to family.
Rex, 4, and the twins Rafa and Cormac, 2, had a day out this week with their father, a television personality.
Jonnie captured the kids in a wonderful photo she posted to social media, and they were positively giddy with delight.

‘Front seat on the Metro riding with uncle @stuart.j.kane’, he captioned the pic, with his sons wide-eyed and open-mouthed with joy next to him.
In addition to smiling, Jonnie was dressed in a sweater, a waterproof coat and a hat when he took the photo.
Later, he updated everyone on his status in the comments section.
‘Felling ok is the new feeling great! Make the most! X [sic]’, Jonnie wrote.
His followers then flocked to the comments to send their love.
‘Love this pic mate! I’ve said before your strength is astounding mate’, one person wrote.
‘What a great photo, jonnie of you and the boys and uncle too. Keep the strength xxx’, said another.
‘Great to see you getting out and about. ❤️, one added.
Jonnie provided an update after lamentably confessing to feeling “weaker.”
Beaming in another Instagram snap with his kids, he penned: ‘Since delivery of our @babboe_cargobike it’s been out most days.’
Jonnie added: ‘I’m obviously a lot weaker these days and would never be strong enough to cart these ankle biters around but with electric power assistance I can pretty much go anywhere.’
He went on: ‘The boys love it and it’s made the nursery run fun (if I’m up in time) it’s probably cut our car use by about 50% so obviously much greener so hopefully making up for some of the naughty motors in my past.
‘For me it’s allowed me to get more involved #gamechanger.’
Because he doesn’t want to “confuse” his three children, Jonnie keeps his terminal disease a secret from them.
However, he has recently addressed his “uncomfortable” boundaries to keep his followers informed.
‘I really would like to go on holiday – every week I feel a little bit stronger,’ he explained to The Sun in an interview.
‘I don’t think I would be able to go long haul, I wouldn’t feel comfortable but if I could go somewhere in Spain, Portugal or Italy – that would be great,’ the presenter added.
He also told the outlet: ‘I get more tired, my appetite has been affected but I’m just trying to do as much as possible all the time really.’
