Van Hunt, Halle Berry’s lover, put fans into a spin on Mother’s Day by releasing a rather cheeky naked selfie of the Hollywood icon.
The Catwoman actress, 57, made her romance with the singer, 54, public in 2020, and they have shared glimpses of their relationship on social media ever since.
The Seconds of Pleasure singer took to Instagram on Sunday, Mother’s Day in the United States, to honour the occasion by posting a pretty risqué photo.
In the photo, the mother-of-two, who recently went out about her health concerns, is seen posing entirely naked on a sun-drenched balcony, her bum shoved against the railings.
‘Happy Mother’s day from the bottom… of my heart,’ Van captioned the upload. ‘…Oh s**t, I wasn’t s’posed to post that!
‘Butt…U hav to admit thassa badass… mutha right there! [sic].’
Unsurprisingly, admirers praised the Monster’s Ball emblem in the comments section below, including some well-known faces.
Queen Latifah was among the replies, simply sharing a string of fire emoji,
Apatchofblue responded: ‘Way yo go Halle! If I looked like that, I’d be naked too [sic].’
Iamdcfinest penned: ‘Why do I love this so much. Live your best life, Halle!!!’

Halle has a daughter, Nahla Ariella, with former partner Gabriel Aubry, and a son, Marco-Robert, with ex-husband Olivier Martinez.
She took a different approach with her Mother’s Day post, posting a poignant homage to Van’s mother on Instagram.
Alongside a carousel of snaps, the Oscar-winner enthused: ‘Happy Mother’s Day to all the glorious mothers of the world and especially my beautiful mother-in-law, DJ!
‘You’ve come into our lives and brought the sunshine with you. I so admire the way you love with such grace and style! When you shower us with your pearls, we are instantly made better! We love you so very much.’
Her usage of the word “mother in law” sparked outrage among followers, but the couple is not believed to be married.
Halle and Van made their love public in September 2020, after reportedly dating for’several months’ before that.
In 2021, she stated that they held a ‘commitment ceremony’ attended by her son, who proposed they be married.
During an appearance on Live with Kelly and Ryan, she clarified: ‘This was a ceremony by an 8-year-old in the back seat of the car who said, “Mom, you should get married to him.”
‘I said, “Really, I should marry to him?” He said, “Yeah, I pronounce you man and wife.” So we’re like, “Oh, okay. We’re married!” But we’re not married.
‘So that’s our commitment ceremony. It’s silly. It’s sweet.
‘What I love about it is, when you blend families, it’s really hard. So the good news is, my kids are comfortable and that’s all that matters. If they ain’t happy, we ain’t happy. That’s all you need. You just need them to be happy.’
