Following the birth of their second kid, Gorka Márquez has been getting close to Gemma Atkinson, but he’ll have to wait a time before things progress any further.
The 32-year-old Strictly Come Dancing pro has been away practising for the upcoming season of the popular BBC dance competition, with the reveal of the first celebrity contestant just weeks away.
However, this means he hasn’t been with his girlfriend Gemma, 38, since their kid was born on July 19.
beautiful baby Mia, who was born in 2019 to the couple after they met on Strictly in 2017, has a younger brother named Thiago.
Gorka is now at home, but Gemma has convinced him that he won’t face any punishment.
The former Hollyoaks actress shared what initially appeared to be a lovely video on her Instagram Story, capturing Gorka snuggling up to her from behind.
He quickly became indecent, though, and soon he was grabbing her breast and squeezing it.
Gemma directed a bewildered gaze towards the camera, and her face was a picture.
She wrote alongside the funny clip: ‘Nope. At least another 5 weeks Gorks. At least!’, followed by cry laughing emoji.
Her comment follows Gemma’s own cheeky revelation in which she made a joke about still being “in tact” after giving birth to Thiago.
The radio host shared an update with her fans earlier this week, revealing that because Mia had previously been born through C-section, she was unable to give birth vaginally.
‘Lots of you have asked if I got my much hoped for VBAC….’, she wrote, referring to a Vaginal Birth after Caesarean, the term used when a woman gives birth vaginally, having had a caesarean birth in the past.
‘I didn’t get my vaginal birth. My waters broke and I went into labour and stayed at home for as long as possible (it helped that the Wimbledon men’s final was on!)’, she joked.
‘My contractions got down to every 6 mins or so and then slowly just stopped. We headed into the hospital 24hrs after my waters broke as they had changed colour a little. Thiago had opened his bowels. Thanks son! Already s****ing on me 🤦🏼♀️😂’, she added light-heartedly.
Gemma went on to say she was ‘given the choice of the artificial hormone to induce labour again or a section’, so she went with the latter which was ‘so much more relaxed’ after bad experiences last time.
‘It felt like somehow it was meant to be this way,’ she shared, explaining that her mum had moved in with her to lend a hand.
‘As I always do with every situation I’ve sat back and looked for a silver lining, which in this case, is after two babies, Gorka’s favourite pub is still very much intact. 😉😉’, Gemma concluded.
Gorka, a devoted father, has been posting his own cute Instagram photos of his time with his children after returning from his Strictly bubble.
The Spanish choreographer was shown cuddling the infant Thiago on the sofa in one photo, and Mia was seen dotingly watching over her brother as he dozed off in another.
‘Home for my dose of cuddles 💛’, he wrote in the caption.
Although, sadly, it seems Gorka wasn’t able to stay for long before work whisked him away again.
‘We’re missing you already 🥹❤️’, Gemma commented just hours later.
