When Ekin-Su Cülcülolu jumped into an ice bath on Wednesday, she screamed.
The former Love Island star was undoubtedly freezing in her bikini, but thankfully, her boyfriend Davide Sanclimenti was on hand to assist.
Davide, 27, smiled as he assisted his girlfriend, also 27, into the freezing water.
‘Okay don’t laugh guys I legitimately thought I was gonna stay at least 1 min in the cold water.’ Ekin-Su wrote across her post as she submerged her torso.
The pair was attending a boot camp throughout the week and were pushed through their paces during a five-hour exercise.
Ekin-Su’s massive sweat session comes after she claimed she’s optimistic about her future as an actor and has no worries about the new Love Island competitors leaving the resort.

The star opened up to Women’s Health about her ambitions, saying: ‘They always say: “There’s a new Love Island, there’s this, there’s that, you’ll be forgotten”.
‘But that doesn’t bother me because of who I am. I know what I’m going to do in life. And I know my dream.’
Ekin-Su also said she was already working towards a serious career on screen, revealing: ‘[March] that’s when I start looking for an acting agency, putting myself out [there], you know, try to distance myself as much as I can from the Love Island scene and, yeah, be my own person.’
The latest season of Love Island, which concluded on Monday night, was hosted by Maya Jama and took place in South Africa.
Kai Fagan and Sanam Harrinanan replaced previous champions Ekin-Su and Davide as the UK’s most adored pair in the finals.
Ekin-Su and Davide are still together, living together and actively supporting one another as they negotiate their newfound celebrity.
