Chris Evans is apparently married, having married girlfriend Alba Baptista over the weekend.
After being seen holding hands in November 2022, the Captain America star, 42, was connected to the Portuguese actress for many months.
However, it was eventually revealed that the couple had been secretly dating for almost a year, with one insider saying Chris had ‘never been happier.’
And it appears that this is still the case, as sources indicate the pair said ‘I do’ Saturday in an intimate at-home wedding ceremony in Boston, Massachusetts.
According to an insider, the attendees signed NDAs (non-disclosure agreements) and their ‘phones were surrendered.’
Page Six also claimed that Chris and Alba invited their closest family and friends and even Chris’ former Marvel co-stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth and Jeremy Renner joined in the celebrations.
The actor released a video montage of his 2022 at the start of the year, and it turns out it was all Alba – rather, to be more accurate, he and Alba terrifying each other.
‘A look back at 2022,’ the actor captioned the video, along with a sequence of heart emoticons.
As the speculation mill churned about the pair’s possible connection last year, one insider told People Magazine that the supposed couple had been dating for almost a year and that their relationship was’serious.’
They added: ‘They are in love and Chris has never been happier. His family and friends all adore her.’
Chris and Alba take turns springing out and yelling at one other to scare each other, with Chris repeatedly rolling on the floor in laughter.
Alba cuddled up with him and giggled as he recovered after scaring him to the point that he slumped to the ground.
