On Monday night, Britney Spears uploaded a new video of herself dancing in which she swung two big knives about.
The superstar singer, 41, did some of her characteristic movements in front of her three pet dogs at home.
The Toxic hitmaker busted moves in a pair of white underwear and a spotted crop top, and in the comments section, she assured her 42.1 million followers that the knives were fake.
Mum-of-two Britney captioned her latest image, ‘I started playing in the kitchen with knives today.’
‘Don’t worry, they’re NOT real knives!!!’ she said. Halloween is soon.’
The video immediately accumulated hundreds of likes, but Britney had disabled her fans’ ability to comment on the post.
Britney has had a hectic few weeks since announcing her divorce from husband Sam Asghari in August.
Sam, 29, filed for divorce last month after rumours surfaced that he accused the chart topping of cheating on him.
The couple had been dating since 2016 and had been married for 14 months before opting to divorce.
Britney has been posting depressing Instagram posts and getting new tattoos in the aftermath of her separation.
In other news, the A-lister’s legendary picture Crossroads will be re-released in theatres next month.
Britney starred in the film as Lucy Wagner, with Zoe Saldana, Taryn Manning, Justin Long, and Kim Cattrall.
The film, created by Shonda Rhimes, opened in theatres in February 2002 and will return for two days on October 24 to coincide with the release of the star’s biography, The Woman In Me.
