Britney Spears broke her social media quiet for the first time since her husband Sam Asghari ‘filed for divorce’ in the early hours of Thursday morning.
Taking to Instagram, the 41-year-old celebrity singer opted not to comment on allegations that her and 29-year-old Sam had divorced after only 14 months of marriage.
Instead, the singer said that she is planning to get a horse.
Posting a sun-drenched photo of herself enjoying a horse ride in a chic bikini top and black shorts, mum-of-two Britney wrote: ‘Buying a horse soon!’
She added: ‘So many options it’s kinda hard !!! A horse called Sophie and another called Roar.
‘I can’t make up my mind! Should I join the camaraderie and put a pink cowboy hat on? Either way I think I found my sweet spot with Roar!’

Britney’s post comes hot on the heels of reports that Sam has filed for divorce according to TMZ.
After meeting on the shoot of the singer’s Slumber Party music video in 2016, the two became close, with Sam standing by the Toxic chart-topper’s side throughout her conservatorship struggle.
They married in a star-studded ceremony last year, but have now apparently split up, with Sam reportedly filing for divorce barely 14 months later.
Spears’ third spouse, after marriages to Jason Alexander and Kevin Federline, is Asghari.
After getting engaged in September, the pair married on June 9 at Britney’s Thousand Oaks home in front of a celebrity-packed guest list that included Paris Hilton, Selena Gomez, and Madonna.
Sam recently celebrated their one anniversary on Instagram with a photo of their wedding rings and the caption, ‘Happy 1 year to myself & my better half.’
Britney and Sam have yet to officially address rumours of their separation or divorce.
