Britney Spears has returned to Instagram, sharing more nude photos.
The 42-year-old pop star stood naked on the beach in her most recent photos, with carefully placed diamond emojis concealing her modesty.
Britney, who sometimes forgets her clothing, captioned the photos, ‘Just landed in French Polynesia!!!’
She turned to face the camera while standing in the buff, arms raised over her head and smiling.
Britney’s recent Instagram postings have shown her wearing only knickers and short ensembles, highlighting her stunning body after her 13-year conservatorship ended in November 2021.
The superstar’s latest uploads came after she apparently visited French Polynesia in October with friends, TMZ reported.
Britney was claimed to have wished to spend some time away from social media on a private island after causing an internet frenzy with some of her posts.
The musician’s most recent naked photos came after she dismissed any new album rumours as ‘crap’, stating that she has no plans to make new songs at all.
Rumours said that the Everytime singer might collaborate with Charli XCX on a new album.
However, without naming names, Britney wrote: ‘Just so we’re clear most of the news is trash !!! They keep saying I’m turning to random people to do a new album … I will never return to the music industry !!!’
In true Britney fashion she opted to post a picture of the Italian Renaissance painting Salome Bearing the Head of St. John the Baptist alongside her message.
In 2024, the music legend will celebrate the 25th anniversary of her debut album.In 1999, Baby One More Time and the follow-up album Oops! I did it again the next year.
Despite her claim that she would never return to the industry, Britney stated in her article that she has been composing songs since her conservatorship ended.
She added: ‘When I write, I write for fun or I write for other people !!! For those of you who have read my book, there’s loads that you don’t know about me … I’ve written over 20 songs for other people the past two years !!!
‘I’m a ghostwriter and I honestly enjoy it that way !!!’
In her memoir, The Woman In Me, the singer discussed her decision to publish candid social media photographs and acknowledged that some may find her Instagram postings confusing.
However, she emphasised that posing for and taking her own images brings her ‘a lot of delight’.
Britney also stated that it is the way ‘I feel attractive’ after decades in the spotlight, with others taking her photo.
‘I know that a lot of people don’t understand why I love taking pictures of myself naked or in new dresses,’ the Toxic chart-topper wrote in an extract from the book, according to The New York Times.
‘But I think if they’d been photographed by other people thousands of times, prodded and posed for other people’s approval, they’d understand that I get a lot of joy from posing the way I feel sexy and taking my own picture,’ she added.
