According to reports, Britney Spears and Sam Asghari have ended their seven-year relationship.
The couple met on the shoot of the singer’s Slumber Party music video in 2016 and quickly became close, with the model, 29, standing by the Toxic singer’s side throughout her conservatorship struggle.
They married in a star-studded ceremony last year, but they have apparently split up.
According to TMZ, insiders claimed that they had a string of arguments concerning allegations of cheating, with the dancer moving out.
According to the source, he approached the 41-year-old mother of two last week about allegations of infidelity.
According to the insider, Sam believed the accusations, which sparked a major dispute; he is understood to have left their house and is now living on his own.
They added: ‘It’s only a matter of time before Sam files for divorce.’
However, it has not been made clear what these rumours are about.
At the time of writing, Britney and Sam had not publicly addressed the charges.
The news comes as a surprise given that the couple celebrated their one-year anniversary in June, celebrating their 2022 wedding.
Sam marked their milestone on Instagram with a photo showing off their wedding rings, alongside the message: ‘Happy 1 year to me & my better half.’
He also uploaded a video montage of their big day, with the caption: ‘One year married to the woman of my dreams.
‘Happy anniversary my love.’
They married on June 9 at the musician’s Los Angeles home, after becoming engaged in September.
Paris Hilton, Selena Gomez, and Madonna were among the celebrities that were invited to the celebration.
The bride later raved about the day to Vogue, explaining: ‘We really wanted to make this a small and beautiful moment with family and friends.
‘We wanted warm and feminine colours including blush, white, cream, and gold, and a lot of various shades of pinks, blush, and reds.’
Since then, there has been much conjecture about their marriage, which was heightened when Britney was photographed without her wedding band in March.
Sam, who was having none of it, then posted a different photo on social media with his own ring plainly visible.
