Britney Spears cuddled close to her husband Sam Asghari as the couple boarded a private plane bound for an unknown location.
On Sunday, the 41-year-old singer shared two cheerful photos on Instagram with the remark, “Off to have some fun on vacation.”
She shared the collection of pictures with a caption that read: ‘Somebody give me a margarita right now !!! [sic],’ with her 42.1million followers.
The first photo shows the actress with a long cream-colored trench coat with brown buttons and emphasised lapels.
She wore a floor-length yellow summer dress with what looked to be white flowers underneath and rounded off her appearance with a pair of black aviator sunglasses.
Sam, her actor and model husband, kept things casual in a pair of blue denim jeans and a V-neck tight fitting red and white t-shirt.
He dressed similarly to his wife, wearing dark sunglasses and a black baseball cap with a white insignia and an image of a black horse on the lid.
The second photo featured the couple posing for a picture, with Britney flashing the peace sign and Sam showing off his dazzling whites to social media viewers.
Her post was immediately followed by a request from her mother Lynne to reconnect with the star’s younger sister Jamie Lynn, 32.
The famous siblings are separated and engaged in a public dispute during Britney’s conservatorship, which was overseen by the singer’s father, Jamie.
Despite her turbulent family life, the Toxic chart-topper is reported to have reunited with her 68-year-old mother, with reports revealing she was on a mission to mend things with her daughters.
‘Lynne is begging Britney to make amends with her sister Jamie Lynn now,’ an insider told MailOnline.
They continued sharing: ‘They are both leaning towards a yes. Lynne knows that Britney does miss her sister and she told her that the feeling is obviously mutual.’
However, the source admitted a reunion would be no easy feat and suggested: ‘Britney still feels that Jamie Lynn is the one who messed up and, if they are going to meet, she would need to come to her and not vise versa.
‘Lynne is figuring out now how to make this happen, but she is not going to rest until everything is perfect again.’
