Blake Lively surprised fans at the Forbes Power Women’s Summit in New York on Thursday, when she debuted her new baby bump.
The Gossip Girl star confirmed that she is pregnant with her fourth child with husband Ryan Reynolds, but the couple are notoriously private about their young family.
Since the news broke about their expanding family, Blake has taken to Instagram to share some photos of herself pregnant in ‘real life.’
The actress said this was to encourage the paparazzi outside her house to leave her alone, as it freaks her and her kids – James, Inez and Betty – out to see ‘11 guys’ outside.
The 35-year-old penned: ‘Here are photos of me pregnant in real life so the 11 guys waiting outside my home for a rare sighting will leave me alone. You freak me and my kids out.’
This is not the first time Blake has called out the media for invading her personal boundaries to take photographs of her children without her consent.
However, she thanked the individuals who have respected her privacy and added: ‘Thanks to everyone else for all the love and respect and for continuing to unfollow accounts and publications who share photos of children. You have all the power against them.
‘And thank you to the media who have a “No Kids Policy”. You all make all the difference. Much love! Xx B.’
In the series of sweet snaps, a fresh-faced Blake can be seen with her friends and family looking relaxed in sweats or a dressing gown, giving fans a rare insight into her private life.
With an enormous grin, Blake beamed at the camera in a red swimsuit with a cutout in the shape of a flower with her hair tied into a bun on her head, before cuddling up with her husband on sun loungers by the pool in the next picture.
The actress included a mirror selfie to showcase the side profile of her bump, as she posed with her hand on her hip in black underwear, with her hair loosely curled over her shoulders.
Blake was also seen cosying up with her close friend and I Bet You Think About Me collaborator Taylor Swift, as they shared a cuddle in their summer clothes, with Blake in a pink bikini.
The final photo is a selfie that captures Blake and Ryan’s humorous side, as she peeked over the top of her sizeable bump so only her nostrils and upper half of her face were visible.
It’s unsure how far along the actress is with her pregnancy, as she has not announced a due date.
