Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian are Dream’s parents, but in the most recent episode of The Kardashians, Rob’s sister Khloe Kardashian called herself a “third parent.”
Now, Chyna, whose real name is Angela White and is 35 years old, has responded to the comment. She was nice to Khloe, even though they have a past.
‘As mentioned, it takes a village to raise a child and I’m happy that Dream has a huge village full of love from both sides.’
‘As a mother that’s all I ask for,’ she explained.
‘Everything is good on both ends. We are all family at the end of the day.
‘Robert and myself are co-parenting the best we can and it’s all love and positivity,’ she told TMZ.
The “third parent” comment was made during a scene at Dream’s sixth birthday party. Khloe and Scott Disick were talking about Khloe’s role in the life of the young girl.
The 39-year-old described herself as ‘probably more than an aunt, just a third parent’.
She also talked about how hard it was for her to get along with Chyna in an interview.
‘I do not have a relationship with Dream’s mom,’ she began. ‘It’s just hard to have a relationship with someone when they sue you for hundreds of millions of dollars.’
Chyna tried to sue Kris Jenner, Khloe, Kim Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner because she said they broke her contract with E! for the show Rob & Chyna.
The jury, though, decided that none of the Kardashians or Jenners hurt Chyna’s reputation or got in the way of her cable network deal.
Khloe has gotten some criticism since the show aired.
‘Scott’s comment about Khloe being Dream’s third parent was so messy. They tried to shade Chyna but really ended up shading Rob. I’m an active aunt, it takes a village but I would never insinuate that I’m any of my niblings’ parent,’ wrote one person.
Another added: ‘Khloe says she’s basically a third parent for Dream -she is wrong for that. You will never be like a mom to dream. You are an aunt who’s there all the time. But that’s it. Just an aunt.’

In response, Khloe has clarified her sentiment. She wrote on Instagram: ‘I love ALL of my nieces and nephews more than I can express. Dream and I are particularly close.
‘My brother and I are extremely close. I am with Dream all the time because I am with my brother all of the time. I love her beyond measure.’
Part of the statement also read: ‘I take pride in this love and always have,’ before adding, ‘I wholeheartedly believe it takes a village to raise a child.’
‘Rob is doing the best he can as a parent and in life,’ it continued. ‘Angela is doing the best she can as a parent and in life. I am doing the best I can as a parent and in life.’
Sounds like the family is keeping things kordial.
