The couple are parents again after Laura gave birth to their new baby boy in lockdown.
The builder, 49, posted an update from Whiston Hospital announcing their new bundle of joy.
In a photo shared on his Instagram Stories, a happy Craig – wearing a face mask – walks through the hospital corridor holding up a baby car seat.
He added the caption: ‘Guess what?’ across the picture as an apparent confirmation of the new arrival.
Craig and 33-year-old Laura, who wed in 2018, are already parents to daughter Nelly.
They announced Laura was pregnant with Nelly’s brother in June with a picture of them holding up her sonogram.
Craig, who won the first ever series of Big Brother in 2000, said at the time: ‘Laura and I are super excited to announce that we are expecting our second baby later in the year! Nelly’s super excited also to be having baby sister or brother.’
Speaking on Lorraine about his wife’s pregnancy, the reality TV star said the NHS ‘as we know have been fantastic’.
‘She did go in for her first scan just after 12 weeks which of course I wasn’t allowed to attend due to the regulations.
‘So that was a bit daunting and nervous for her.’
Nelly often features on Craig’s Instagram, visiting his building projects with him with safety gear with ‘Daddy’s little helper’ on it.
