BBC Radio 1 DJ Charlie Hedges has revealed she’s welcomed a baby daughter into the world!
The presenter, who stunned co-star Greg James when she announced she was expecting her first child on the radio in March, shared the joyful news of her arrival with a sweet photo of the little one’s hand holding hers.
She wrote: ‘Soul of my Soul, And God created Woman.
‘Our beautiful Summer-Rose was born Saturday 13th August 2022. Life is complete 
Revealing the very apt song that Summer was born to, Charlie went on: ‘AND… she was born to…. in true Dance Anthems style….Calvin Harris – Summer!!!! Literally as the tune drops she arrives into the world 
Looks like Calvin’s got a new fan for life!

Charlie, who’s kept her relationship out of the limelight, announced she was expecting her first baby live on air in March, leaving co-star Greg in shock.
She kicked off their regular ‘tell me something good’ segment with probably the best bit of news it’s ever seen.
As Greg turned to Charlie for a fun fact, she simply told him: ‘I’m having a baby.’
Cutting the music, Greg asked: ‘What are you talking about?’
‘I’m having a baby,’ Charlie laughed, with Greg shouting: ‘Are you joking?! What are you talking about?!’
‘Wanna see my belly?’ Charlie asked, as Greg screamed: ‘Oh my god! Charlie!’
So cute!
Charlie is best known for presenting with Rickie Haywood-Williams and Melvin Odoom, with the trio making the move from Kiss FM to BBC Radio 1 in 2019.
